What are your delivery options?

We can't wait for our wonderful parcels to be OTW to you! For domestic orders within Singapore, please allow between 3-7 business days for Standard Shipping (S$5) and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping (S$10). Standard Shipping is on us for orders above S$80!

If you require your parcel to be delivered on a specific day, please select Express Shipping & contact us at business@ofthingswonderful.com within 60 minutes of your purchase - we'll make wonders for you!

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we're focused on keeping our wonders within Singapore. Who's to say what will come in the future? ;)

What is your exchange/refund policy?

To ensure that you receive a product that you're happy with, we check your orders before sending them OTW to you. Hence, all sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, in the event of a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at hello@ofthingswonderful.com within 7 days upon receipt. Upon confirmation of product defect, we will start the exchange/refund process.

• Subject to availability, we will try our best to provide a 1-1 exchange of the same item in the same colour & size
• Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit
• All delivery fees will be borne by the customer
